Sheraton Grand Hotel wedding of Sophie and Carl just before the UK went into COVID 19 lockdown. David has recently been voted one of the best wedding photographers in the UK for 2020
We are so lucky to get this wedding done before the UK descended into COVID 19 lockdown. This was my last wedding, hopefully it wont be my last this year as well all hope that this virus can be bought under control and weddings can return as normal.
Sophie and Carl were recommended to me by the brilliant Alex Greene. I cant say enough about this wedding planner. One of just a few that lets you get on with what you are paid to do and trusts you implicitly to deliver. No interfering , no demands, the perfect wedding planner.
Looking at at this Sheraton Grand Hotel wedding the threat of COVID19 was there , but no one would have thought that weddings would be cancelled literally 2 days later and that we would not be able to celebrate marriage for what is looking like many more months to come.
So Sophie and Carl made the most of it, and what a wedding it was. The Sheraton Grand Hotel provides some really great rooms for larger weddings. The Tudor Rose Room for the ceremony looked magnificent and the lighting just accentuated the mood.
The Ballroom, as ever looked splendid and with the catering skills of Arieh Wagner and the music provided by Creation the whole event could not fail to be on point.
Of course it helps if you also have a great photography team :) I love the images that Kabz and I were able to deliver and there are specifically a few photographs in their collection that will always be 2020 and the COVID19 virus.
