MY WORK
My personal work is where everything slows down and instinct takes over. Photographed mostly on film and always in Black & White, it is an ongoing exploration of light, form, and human presence, free from expectation or direction.
Working with film encourages a more deliberate approach, where each frame is considered and every moment is earned rather than constructed. The absence of colour allows the photographs to exist outside of time, removing any visual cues that might anchor them to a particular era or trend.
This work is not about documenting events or creating images for immediate impact. It is about patience, observation, and allowing moments to reveal themselves naturally. I am drawn to photographs that feel quiet yet powerful, images that reward time and attention. The aim is always the same: to create work that endures, images that feel as relevant years from now as they do in the moment they are made, and photographs that can stand alone without explanation.
