Meet Ruth, Our Photographer Abroad
Ruth is our talented photographer based in Spain, where she lives with her husband Lars and their daughter Winnie. When she’s not capturing beautiful weddings under the Spanish sun, you’ll often find her flying to London to photograph weddings for our UK couples.
Ruth brings a calm, thoughtful energy to every wedding she photographs. She takes immense pride in documenting the joy, connection and emotion that unfold throughout the day. Getting to know each couple personally allows her to understand what truly matters to them and reflect that honestly through her work.
Her photography style is relaxed, emotional, fun, artistic and timeless. Ruth has a remarkable ability to capture real moments without being intrusive. She is often complimented on her discreet presence and warm professionalism, always finding herself in the right place at the right time to photograph the moments that matter most.
Beyond the lens, Ruth has a soft spot for animals. She has been known to rescue injured animals and nurse them back to health with the same care and compassion she brings to her photography.
