Chandos House Wedding of Lucy and Nicolas as photographed by David Pullum. David has recently been voted one of the best wedding photographers in the UK for 2020

Well what a wedding to remember this was. The magnificent St Sophia Greek Orthodox church in London is one of my favourite places to photograph wedding ceremonies. Not only is it majestic in appearance, but when the choir sing the hairs on the back of my neck stand to attention.Unfortunately this wedding has a sour note to it as well, in the fact that the wedding car failed to pick Lucy up from where she was getting ready. I know there are rogues in any industry and I know there are a lot in my industry, but the manner in which this firm behaved was despicable, and to treat a bride like that on her wedding day is a disgrace.

Luckily I was there during all of this as I was due to ride with Lucy and her father in the car to the church and so I drove them both in my car and thankfully we made it on time. After the ceremony we made our way to Hyde Park for some couple shots and then on to the very stately Chandos House in London's West End. Chandos House is one of those wedding venues thats like a tardis, it appears quite small from the outside but then has the capability of seating 100+ guests for a wedding breakfast, which included the Archbishop Gregorios of Thyateira and Great Britain. It was a real honour to be asked to photograph Lucy and Nicolas's wedding and I cant wait to show them the full set of images
