As soon as I met Amalia and Simon we clicked, not only because Simon and I have the same taste in watches, but Simon is also one of the funniest guys I have met and I had a really great time at their wedding. Simon proposed to Amalia with a tomato skin, which he promptly had gold plated, and which Amalia now wears on her wrist.
Unfortunately having your wedding in the height of summer does not guarantee the weather and it rained heavily every day leading up to and including the wedding. The marquee was under a few feet of water the day before and so everyone counted their blessings that wedding actually managed to take place.
Here are some images of their day.
