Karen and Neil were such a wonderful couple to work with. At our first meeting, about 4 weeks before the wedding, we met at a London Hotel and talked well into the night about so many things, not just wedding plans. Both Karen and Neil work as doctors in London, working night shifts in one of London’s more notorious hospitals. Karen’s bridal preperations were at the glorious Mandarin Oriental, in London’s West End, opposite Hyde Park, from there we caught a cab to the Westminster Registry Office, a London Bus to celebrity chef Tom Aiken’s Restuarant for the wedding breakfast and then back to the Mandarin Oriental for the evening reception. Karen and Neil looked so happy throughout the day, and were a real pleasure to photograph. here are some of my favourite images from their day.

Mark Jordan: ( February 22, 2010 10:57 am ) Loved them, brilliant work. Loved the "establisher" shot with the moving bus. Great

Sasha: ( February 16, 2010 5:58 am ) Great set! Really like the ones in the cab!

Barbara Di Cretico: ( February 15, 2010 8:10 am ) Always fun, emotional, fantastic!

Neil ( February 12, 2010 7:24 pm ) Thanks so much David....they're fantastic. We're so pleased! You're a star!

Janine: ( February 10, 2010 5:43 pm ) Wow!! I love them all but especially 15, 16 and 20! Brilliant.

I first met Sarah and David at the tail end of last year when they came to my office to run through their wedding details, David is a keen photographer and much to Sarah’s frustration the talk eventually got round to cameras and geeky gear things. Ive photographed weddings at St Audries Park for quite a few years now , but had not been to the venue for almost 1 year and so it was great to go back and revitalise my creativeness for them. Below are a few of my favourite images from the day.

daniel kudish: ( February 5, 2010 9:43 pm ) great stuff david! i can see why you wanted to use that other field shot, but that one looks great too! love your B&W reception shots in this one!

Sergio: ( February 5, 2010 1:13 pm ) Fabulous work! Great captures of emotion and awesome portraits!
