Where to start on this one is tricky. For those of you that follow me on twitter, this is the wedding where I reversed into Julia’s Porsche……..not a great start to any day but when its your brides car it’s even worse. Putting aside my lack of driving skills, this was a really great day. Julia’s father lives in the most picturesque spot overlooking the Bristol Channel, the views were amazing and its where I also bumped into Amy Morris, who was the make up artist for that. I shot Amy’s wedding just over 2 years ago and it was great to catch up again.
The Clifton suspension bridge played quite a major role in the wedding, Burwalls, the venue has a view of the bridge and Nick lived on one side and Julia on the other, before they met, (like a north/south divide)
It was an emotionally charged day, Julia lost her mother 2 years ago and Julia’s dad, Roger, gave a wonderful speech that had alot of the room teary eyed.
Here are a few images from their day.
